A Free Way To Get High Or How Breathwork Has Changed My Life

It’s been two years since I started studying breathwork, and it’s been the modality that has most changed my life (if you haven’t experienced it — keep reading and you’ll have the opportunity to!).

Before I was introduced to breathwork, I was stuck in a series of unconscious patterns that were hurting me: 

  1. constantly burning out in my business, 
  2. having draining affairs with men, 
  3. and engaging in a toxic dynamic with my parents.

No matter how self-aware I became, I still didn’t have the tools to make it stop.

As Carl Jung once said: “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”🙏

I began discovering this for myself while I was doing breathwork every week for almost six months. I got such visceral, profound, and immediate results from the practice that I decided to do a 400-hour practitioner training.

There, I learned how the body and the brain stores trauma: any unprocessed emotion gets saved for later, and your subconscious will look to recreate similar situations until that emotion’s been fully processed from your system.

We think we’re in control, but for most of us, our nervous system is running all sorts of dysfunctional patterns in the background.

Because these patterns are a blind spot, you can’t “talk” yourself out of them — you must process the emotion that started the pattern in the first place. 

Breathwork is the most powerful modality I’ve discovered to do that (followed by hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Programming).

Thanks to breathwork, I’ve processed abandonment issues, anger, and grief that were haunting me for YEARS, numbing me from fully feeling my emotions and seeing my reality more clearly.

Now that I have in-depth experience in breaking subconscious patterns, I can help my clients:

  • process difficult emotions, 
  • reprogram their most dysfunctional conditioning,
