The Dark Goddess unleashed 🔮🖤.My whole life, I was ashamed of the darkness that I was so fascinated by.Like moth to a flame, I’ve been naturally attracted to the shadowlands and unconscious underbelly of reality since I could remember:The dark corners of the psyche, where pain and rage reside.
The chaos and messiness of life.
The powerful, destructive nature of the maddened woman.… To the point where I would get “stuck” in it.
 For years I struggled with anxiety, depression, and hopelessness.Not understanding why I was so attracted to the underworld, yet consumed by it.As a result, I suppressed this energy within myself, playing nice and keeping quiet out of fear of being further misunderstood.It wasn’t until I dove deep into studying the archetypes of the Light and Dark goddesses, that I began to understand that this was a sacred side of me that was just begging for integration.Mainstream society glamorizes the light feminine, while demonizing the dark feminine as something fearful, scary, and evil…When integrated, her role is to destroy existing paradigms and pave the path to rebuilding the Self, whole and empowered.Put your hands on the dark soil of the Earth and you will find her. You’ll find her in the decay and dissolution of all that no longer serves.She’s not BAD.She’s fuc*ing powerful, and that power terrifies those who are unwilling to look at their shadows.Because she WILL expose your weaknesses, and the places where you are out of integrity.She wields the sword of Truth and tears down anything that is a lie.Her sacred rage brings death to illusion and all that is misaligned.She wades through the shadows and paves the way for the Light to shine through.She tolerates no bullsh*t.🔥 Her fire is what the world needs right now:Integrated, dark goddess energy rising from the ashes and demanding real and lasting change in a system that’s so corrupted, it’s collapsing upon itself.Regardless of what gender body you’re in…She is in you.She is in me.And I’m finally ready to embrace her.Are you?

How can you leverage your personal story to grow your business?One of the things I’ll say until I’m blue in the face…You don’t have to “split” yourself or hide in your work to achieve the levels of success you desire.You get to show up in your business (whether you’re the face of it or not), express yourself authentically, and experience GROWTH — whether for you it looks like income, visibility, and/or reach — as a result of that.I believe this to be true in my bones, and the work I’ve done on myself and with my clients show me this, again and again:Your story is the magic sauce.It’s the X factor. It’s what gives heart and soul to your business.You may think you can’t because…“I can’t mix business with personal! I discovered water therapy by accident when I visited Ubud for a mini getaway and asked my spiritual teacher to recommend a fun, relaxing, & unconventional activity.When she recommended Watsu — a form of aquatic bodywork used for deep relaxation and therapy — I had NO idea what it was but, in typical fashion, decided to try it out because why not?There’s a technique where the facilitator puts a clip on your nose, and you hold your breath for a few seconds as they move you underwater…When Michael first tried to submerge me, panic flooded my body.Having had a lifelong apprehension of water (apparently I drowned in 2 past lives — still need to clear that out!), I didn’t like this one bit.But.I also knew that this modality was a practice of surrender.And that I would not get the full benefits of it, if I didn’t at least ATTEMPT to surrender 🤪.(As Yoda says… there is no try, just do).So, using my skillset as a breathwork practitioner, I began to use my breath to regulate my nervous system and ease into the experience of being submerged.After a few tries, it happened:I experienced the feeling of being underwater, completely at ease and regulated in my body, floating like a baby in the womb.There are no words to it. Time stopped. I felt like I was floating in a cosmic puddle, without a worry in the world. A full sense of physical and mental surrender, while feeling completely safe to let go.It was the first time I truly experienced total surrender in my BODY.And what better way to do that then with the element of water, which represents the emotional body.It was… bliss. That’s the only way I can really describe it.A powerful reminder that while your mind tries to grasp and rationally explain concepts, the only way to understand something is to EXPERIENCE it.… Using the incredible vehicle we’ve been given: the body and its senses.The more I allow my body’s intelligence to lead the way, the more life’s been opening up to me like a flower in bloom.
