TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  1. Entry Mechanism (follow ALL of the below steps to enter):
    1. Open and login to Apple Podcasts on your device
    2. Find It’s Not What You Think podcast and leave a review
    3. Take a screenshot of your review
    4. Go to YOUR Instagram account
    5. Post the screenshot you took
    6. In your post, tag @celinnedacosta on Instagram
  2. Giveaway Period: This giveaway opens on 23 July 2024 at 10 am EDT and closes on 8 August at midnight EDT. All entries must be received by the closing date and time.
  3. Prize: One (1) winner will receive lifetime access to the digital course School of Story.
    1. This prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is not eligible for refund or cancellation.
  4. The giveaway is open worldwide to people aged 18 and over. Employees of Celinne Da Costa  Worldwide LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  5. Entry Limit: One (1) entry per person via Apple Podcast review and a tag on Instagram @celinnedacosta. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted.
  6. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on 9 August 2024. The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform from which they entered within 48 hours of selection.
  7. Claim Period: The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this period, a new winner may be selected.
  8. By entering, you agree we can use your information and podcast review to run this giveaway and promote It’s Not What You Think podcast, including in future marketing.
  9. Celinne Da Costa Worldwide LLC is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or human error that may affect the outcome of the giveaway.
  10. Celinne Da Costa Worldwide LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise beyond its control.
  11. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
  12. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  13. The winner must accept School of Story's separate T&Cs to redeem the prize. Non-acceptance means the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
    1. As this is a free prize, the School of Story's refund policy does not apply. The winner cannot request a refund or cancellation for this complimentary access. The prize is not transferable.
